Normally I would commend you on writing one song per week as that’s an awesome achievement. But since you are a musician, I am sure you already know that creating one song per week is difficult and a great achievement. So instead I will commend you for leaving a comment on my blog iamspottheblog.blogspot.com. In my eyes, that is also a tremendous achievement—and obviously difficult as evidenced by the astounding lack of comments on my blog.
Also, I was a little skeptical of the quality of a song that is created in one week. If your song was a beer I was expecting something like Zima. Imagine my surprise when I listened to your song and it tasted like Corona. Bravo!

I think one of the most impactful things you can say to an ex is that they were "almost" it. There is such a sting to it (even if the person did not want to be "it"), and it thus makes your song incredible. The pain and letdown of that word and notion is huge. Well done. The emmotion and experience is really felt in the song.
